Synovus Fraud Awareness

Client

Synovus Bank

Description

Synovus Fraud Awareness is a social-first video campaign created for Synovus, designed to educate audiences through clear, intentional storytelling. From the outset, production was built around capturing vertical and horizontal formats simultaneously, with primary emphasis on vertical delivery for social platforms. By shooting for the channel—not adapting after the fact—the series maintains clarity, consistency, and visual cohesion across every deliverable.

  1. Define: Identify how audiences consume information across social and web platforms.
  2. Design: Capture vertical and horizontal content simultaneously with clarity and purpose.
  3. Deliver: Create platform-native assets that remain consistent, legible, and effective at scale.
Visual journey

Outcome

The campaign delivered platform-native content that performed cohesively across social and web placements while preserving brand consistency at scale. By prioritizing vertical-first production and intentional multi-format capture, the project eliminated the need for post-production compromises and ensured each piece of content felt purpose-built for its audience. The result was a streamlined production process and a set of deliverables aligned with how modern audiences actually consume content.

Loved that Frame 23 knew exactly what we were looking for and had experience shooting for both styles of video at once, understanding the importance of creating content FOR channels, verses creating content and putting it IN channels. F23 understood edit requests, moved quickly, was transparent about timing and cost and was quick to ask questions if there was anything that felt muddy.
