Two longform pieces and nine vertical cuts — eleven deliverables, thirteen files counting captioned variants. The commercial track carried twice the vertical volume of the consumer track, and its film runs nearly twice as long: 3:26 against 1:45. That's the segmentation showing up in the edit, not just the deliverable count — business-banking fraud needed more explanation than retail fraud, so the commercial track got both more cutdowns and a longer film. The project was unplanned, with no lead time built in. Frame 23 delivered the complete two-track set in roughly six weeks from shoot to final delivery, handling production top to bottom. There was nothing for the client to manage and nothing to chase. By prioritizing vertical-first production and intentional multi-format capture, the project eliminated the need for post-production compromises and ensured each piece of content felt purpose-built for its placement.

Loved that Frame 23 knew exactly what we were looking for and had experience shooting for both styles of video at once, understanding the importance of creating content FOR channels, verses creating content and putting it IN channels. F23 understood edit requests, moved quickly, was transparent about timing and cost and was quick to ask questions if there was anything that felt muddy.
